Shipping
We currently ship only to the following countries:

Please note: orders can only be placed for delivery within these countries. We are unable to ship anywhere else at this time.
Returns & Refunds
Not happy with your order? You can return unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Important: returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days no returns or refunds are possible. Used or opened products cannot be returned — items must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging.
How it works
- Contact us at hello@cargads.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number.
- We will review your request and reply to let you know if you are allowed to return the order.
- Return the item unused, in its original sealed condition and packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping within the countries we serve is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or faulty — in which case we cover it in full.
