Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Czechia and France. See our Shipping & Refunds page for details.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched quickly on business days and arrive within a few business days depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Can I return my order?
You can return unused products within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days no returns or refunds are possible, and used or opened products cannot be returned. Contact us first and we'll reply to let you know if you're allowed to return the order.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details are on the Shipping & Refunds page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over 49 €. A standard shipping fee applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
Are your products safe to use on all cars?
Yes. Every formula is tested on our own vehicles before it hits the shelf and is designed to be safe on modern automotive surfaces. Always follow the instructions on the label.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and Apple Pay.
